| WRITING I've written for most my life. I think I've cranked out millions of words over the years. As my husband once said, "If you could just get all those words working together, you'd have several novels by now." Oi. I've sold stories to e-magazines in the past. See my short stories page for details on that. I took a long hiatus during my thirties. Longer than I wanted. Marriage, moving, new job, health -- all the standard excuses for not writing, but I'm back in the game. I plan to keep writing whether I experience any commercial success or not. My philosophy is that a person should do what makes them happy and doesn't hurt others. So, whether writing is a hobby or turns into a living, I'll continue. |

| HOME LIFE I'm married to a wonderful man, Greg. We don't have any children, but we do have a Pomeranian, Caramel Creme, who thinks she qualifies for that part in our lives. My husband is waiting for me to write the Great American Novel, so tolerates the time I spend in solitary. Caramel is not quite so forgiving, but she's learning that offers to play ball might be ignored while I'm in writing mode. |
